Ready-made questions about the collection, each one click away. A filter stays on until you turn it off, and the status bar says one is active; Esc also clears it.

| Show All | Clears the filter and brings the whole collection back. |
| Show Wishlist | The cards marked Wishlist — films you want, not films you have. |
| Show Unseen | Everything not marked Seen. The answer to “what shall we watch?” |
| Show Loans | Everything currently lent out. See Lending a movie. |
| Show Overdue | Loans past their due date. |
| Show Series | Only TV series. See TV series and episodes. |
| Show Duplicate Titles | Titles that occur more than once — the cleanup list after an import, and the way to catch a film bought twice. |
| Show New | Added in the last 7, 30 or 60 days. |
| Personal marks | Your own tags. Each mark defined in Preferences becomes an entry here. |
| Advanced filters | The searches you saved as advanced filters, plus Manage filters to rename and delete them. See Finding a movie. |
Filters combine with everything else. Filter to unseen, then select all and copy the files to a tablet; or filter to one media location and print an inventory of that shelf.
