Menus
Eight menus across the top of the main window. They are organized by what you are acting on: the collection file, one movie, the way things are displayed, what is filtered out, the shared lists, and everything else.
| Database | The collection file: create, open, import, append, back up, compress, protect. |
| Movie | One movie: add, edit, covers, screenshots, lend, print the card, delete. |
| View | How the collection is displayed: view mode, card template, sorting, grouping, back and forward. |
| Quick filter | One-click filters over the list. |
| Directories | The seven shared lists. |
| Tools | Search, playlists, file operations, statistics, import, export, printing, preferences. |
| Plugins | Whatever the installed plug-ins add. Shown only when there is something in it. |
| Help | This guide, support, updates, licence, about. |
The right-click menu of the movie list is not a copy of any of these. It holds the things that only make sense on the movie under the cursor: Open with, personal marks, cover and screenshot commands, Copy internal movie link, Delete the movie with the file(s), and the sorting and grouping submenus. Worth exploring once — several commands live nowhere else.
