Image properties

The image properties panel is displayed to the right of the thumbnail area. To hide it, press the small button in the top right corner of the panel. To display it again, select the necessary photo, right-click on it and select the "Properties" menu item.

Comments and tags can be assigned to any photo. These two fields are used by the photo search functionality. The comment field can be optionally encrypted -- you can configure it in settings. After you have changed any of these fields, the "Save" button becomes active. Use it to apply changes.

EXIF Information is a specialized piece of information usually written by the camera when the picture is taken. This is a technical information about the picture including the model of the camera used, exposure time, sensitivity, whether the flash was used or not etc. You can use the checkbox to switch between the brief version of this information containing basic fields and the full version.
