Using the program - Using galleries

Adding images to the gallery

To add an image to the gallery, right-click on the "Gallery" tab (or any image preview). In the context menu that will appear, select "Add image to gallery". A window will appear, where you should select one or several images to add them to the currently opened gallery. Quick launch: "Ins"

Delete selected images from the gallery

To remove one or several images from the gallery, you should first select them. You can select several images by holding the "Ctrl" key. After you have selected the images, press the context menu. In order to preserve the selection, invoke the context menu by right-clicking on the already selected images. In the context menu that will appear, select "Remove selected image(s) from gallery" item. The images will be deleted from the gallery but they won't be physically deleted from the disk. Quick launch: "Ctrl" + "Del".

If you often add and remove images from the gallery, you can use the database compression function to decrease the database size and increase the program speed. To learn more about compression, click here.

Add a folder to the gallery

If you want to add an entire folder with images, right-click to invoke the context menu and select the "Add folder to gallery" item. Then, the program will prompt you to select a folder to add. After you have selected the folder, it will be processed and all images found in the folder and all its subfolders will be added.

Physically delete images

If you want to delete images from the computer, select the images to delete (you can select several images by holding the "Ctrl" key). After you have selected the images, invoke the context menu. In order to preserve the selection, invoke the menu by right-clicking on the already selected image. In the context menu that will appear, select the "Delete selected image files" item. Then, the files will be physically deleted from the disk and gallery.
